First on the list is to be more active on my blog again. I think I enjoyed vlogging way too much last year and completely forgot about my original platform, which is my Break My Style– and I feel so bad about it! What’s even worse, I was contemplating if I should completely stop writing and concentrate more on videos. Then I realized, I won’t be where I am now without my blog. I started blogging when I was 21 years old and yes, iba na ang online world now because of social media platforms like Instagram and Snapchat, but my blog is a platform where I share all my stories (longer ones that I won’t ever post on IG) and feelings. I still look at my blog as a personal diary, a journal where I’m able to express myself. A travel / style guide for those who want to know more about my experiences. So this 2019, I am going to start blogging again.

Second is to eat healthier. I’m a muncher. I will eat anything that’s in front of me even if I’m not hungry. I love chocolates, ice cream, and cakes and I think these will be the hardest to let go. I’m trying to have self control now and say no to certain dishes / desserts I know will do me no good. Diet lang (and have a cheat day once a week) until I reach my dream body. More veggies and less carbs.

Third is to exercise more. I love boxing / muay thai and I love going to the gym, but when I’m out of the country, I can’t seem to get myself to workout. I make excuses like there’s not enough time or I wanna explore the city instead or I’m too tired. I now have resistance loop bands (sport brands) and a jump rope that can easily fit my luggage so even if I’m traveling, I’ll have time to squeeze in a quick workout kahit sa loob lang ako ng room.

Fourth is to spend more time with family and friends. I remember crying so much when my friends surprised me during my birthday last October because I really didn’t expect I was gonna see all of them on my special day. Now matter how busy we all are, let’s not forget to spend time with our loved ones.

Fifth is to visit a new destination this year. Nuff said.

This superstore is so spacious!!!

Became a Daza for the day. The organic section. I love that they have several soy / almond milk options. Confused if I should get healthy fruits or chips. I guess you know what I got in the end. Lol. Their liquor section is insaaaane!!! If you’re throwing a huge party, make sure to drop by this area! I always drop by Landers Central after doing my groceries to grab either their pepperoni pizza or fried chicken with rice. Okay I just got really hungry after typing that down. They offer so much more than what I just showed you guys but if I start sharing all their awesome items then this post probably won’t ever end. Okay, now it’s time to share my favorite snacks!!! Ritz toasted chips cheddar. I love bringing this inside my car so that anytime I get hungry, I always have something to munch on.

Cheetos flamin’ hot and japaleno. Still can’t choose which one I like better.

Smartfood white cheddar popcorn IS THE BOMB.

These pork rinds / chicharon (without the fats) are so flavorful and I always get one (matic na) every time I’m at Landers.

CHEEZA IS THE BEST. Also it usually goes on sale so make sure to hoard when it happens!

Maltesers family style. We have this at home hahaha.

Twix fun size because I love having it inside my bag all the time.

Brookside acai chocolate. They say this is the healthier option but I personally love the taste.

Sanders sea salt caramel.

Okay, this really isn’t a snack lol but I love Delimondo so much, especially when you put the chili oil on top! MMMM.  All my favorite desserts in one superstore. I am kinikilig. I flew in a day before the program so I was able to go around my favorite city in Japan: Osaka! I love going around Shinsaibashi and Dotonbori for good food and shopping.

We went around Hiroshima and stopped by Kosanji Temple. Best time to go is during their cherry blossom season. Everything is just so beautiful!

We also went to Kobe, where its known for (duh) their kobe beef. This was the time I gave up rice for lent and I was honestly really suffering. Lol.

We tried on traditional kimonos and hakamas and walked around town wearing them. There were so many people asking for our photos, I felt like such a huge celebrity hahaha.

Fave girls Mehak Ghai, Olivia Lazuardy and Joan Kim.

Best part is I met so many amazing influencers from around the globe. Everyone got along so well and I’m so happy this was the chosen group for the first ever Global Travel Blogger Summit. Hopefully I get invited again!

Japan, every time I visit your country, it’s always a different feel. I really can’t wait to experience you during another season. <3

So to make sure that we are Rihanna ready, Nicole and I downloaded almost all of Rihanna’s songs before our trip using our Smart Bro LTE pocket wifi from Smart Bro’s Big Bytes Plan 799. Also, it’s such a good thing that we were able to research the places we’d like to see in London aside from the Rihanna concert. Here’s what we did during our free time:

We got to see Big Ben and Westminster Abbey is just beside it.

You have to go to Borough Market and try all their delicious treats. I went there on a mission and tried a lot of good food.

Best pulled pork sandwich: Hobb’s. Look for it when you visit London.

My first time to see the London Bridge- and of course I sang the famous song (lam mo na yun).

Notting Hill. I always go back to this beautiful pastel-colored street every time I’m in London because street shopping is awesome here and I love their banana nutella crepes.

Notting Hill market is the best. I got to buy a lot of vintage vinyl records and their trinkets are lovely.

Thank you so much to my Smart family for the awesome experience. I still can’t believe I got to watch Rihanna live and do so many things. It’s really hassle free if you know what you want to do when you’re in a foreign country just by doing research in advance. Internet has become such a huge part of my life and I love how everything now is just so google-able. I’m glad we had a couple of free days before our flight back to Manila after the concert, and knowing where to go became easier for us with the help of the iPad Mini 2 from Smart Bro’s iPad Plan 799. I recommend you guys to use this plan so you can make your own fun playlist, make your itinerary and take endless photos for memories! Smart Communications, you guys are the best.
