People usually ask me about my workout routine and what I wear to the gym. To be honest, I’m a fan of basketball and boxing (aside from the usual weight lifting in the gym). When I have free time, I go to Elorde Elite and do drills before boxing and spend at least an hour just doing whatever my coach tells me to do. Look for Bon- he’s my favorite trainer! Personally, I don’t like wearing shorts just because I feel like I can stretch and move freely when I’m wearing leggings. I like wearing plains shirts/ tank tops when I go boxing and pair it with colorful leggings like this one from G Specialty Shop. They have tons of cool leggings that’s perfect for yoga and in my case, boxing. They’re really stretchy and the material is just wonderful. After I’m done with my workout, I like bringing my own mat towel so I can lie down there while my coach stretches me. Again, G Specialty Shop has tons of nice yoga accessories (yes, I know it’s perfect for yoga but I still bring it to the gym with me). I feel more inspired to workout when I’m wearing something nice.. Don’t you? BMS.
