It’s Universal Studios Day on our last day in Resorts World Sentosa! I made sure I was in extra comfy clothes so I can move around freely and so I can run like a kid inside haha! Our VIP tour was the best, we didn’t have to line up in any of the rides, making our experience incredibly amazing.
Look at that line to get inside Universal Studios Singapore (USS)!!!
Here with my winner Melissa, Matthew and our lovely tour guide. When you avail the VIP tour, you’ll have a tour guide with you all the time so it will be easier for you to know what rides you’d want to take. You also no longer have to fall in line if you have the VIP tour. It’s not the fast track one- that’s another completely different package.
When you’re inside USS, it’s impossible for you to have a bad day. Everyone’s in a good mood and you’ll definitely feel happy all throughout the day!
First stop: Shrek 4D. It was my first time watching it and I loved all the effects. It was literally an “in-your-face” fairy tale 4D adventure!
Madagascar Land! I like to move it move it!!! We went on a river boat ride too.
Ba-na-na!!!!!! Highlight of my USS experience- meeting the minions!!! They’re seriously the cutest creatures ever! I noticed that a lot of people love them too because I got tons of likes on Instagram when I posted this photo!
I think I found my crew! Say hello to my new barkada! Hahaha!
Too bad this ride was closed during my visit. I really wanted to try it. Oh well, at least that’s another reason to go back to USS!
My favourite ride: Revenge of the Mummy. It’s thrilling and exciting! I can ride it over and over again!
My second favourite ride: Transformers 3D ride. The last time I went here, I forced my mom to try and it she enjoyed it too! It’s friendly for everyone. It’s not too scary but thrilling enough to make it one hell of a memorable ride.
Aside from the rides and mascots, there are so many performances going on in USS and yummy snacks you can buy while going around the area. When you visit Singapore, I highly suggest you visit Universal Studios Singapore. You’ll have the time of your life! For bookings, please click HERE.
After USS, we went to Espa to relax and get a massage before our flight. It’s actually the best way to end our trip! Espa is also located at Resorts World Sentosa and is an oasis of tranquility. They have a wide range of luxurious treatment pavilions, private beach villas/suites that are specifically designed to make you relax.
We had lunch at Tangerine and I love how their menu shows how much calories you’ll consume per dish. For healthy people, this is heaven!
My sister Liz and I tried the Indulgence Hamam Ritual. It’s a 60-minute total body experience that caresses your skin, revitalizes your body and calms your mind. It’s Espa’s unique service and is a must-try. They first start the treatment by cleansing your skin with a body scrub, then they give you a full body foam massage (my favourite part), followed by a body mask that will make your skin incredibly smooth! They also give you a hair cleanse and hydrating conditioning hair treatment at the end for a full experience.
After the massage, you’ll be escorted in another villa where you can relax and drink tea while enjoying this view. It’s really the perfect place to unwind, clear your thoughts and relax.
They also have a huge gym if you want to work out and a sleeping area if you want to take a nap before or after your massage.
They have forest onset-style pools, rock saunas, crystal steam rooms and a lot more. It’s really the perfect place to unwind, clear your thoughts and relax. To know more about Espa, click HERE.
I hope you guys enjoyed my last travel diary of Resorts World Sentosa! It’s really THE place to go to if you want a weekend filled with happiness! For booking and reservations, go to their website and follow them on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter. BMS.
