Tips For Healthy and Young Looking Skin

tips for healthy and young looking skin

Taking good care of your skin is a must! We don’t know it, but our skin gets exposed to dirt and pollution every single day just right after we step out of the house. During my college days, I never bothered to apply moisturizer or any of those stuff- but when I started noticing dark spots and uneven skin tone on some areas, that’s when I started researching about the importance of skincare products. Now I’ve learned to know how to take good care of my skin properly. Honestly it’s not that hard- here’s what I do:

1. Apply sunscreen and moisturiser during the day. We’re exposed to the sun everyday and it’s very harmful for our skin. I usually apply Pond’s flawless white moisturiser because it has SPF 30 already.

2. Drink lots of water. Keep hydrated all the time. I promise you, you’ll have healthier skin in no time!

3. Never ever forget to wash your face at night. After a long day of work, no matter how tired you are, remove your make up thoroughly. You can try using Pond’s facial wash and apply night cream after. They have several products targeted for certain age groups too!

4. If you notice any dark spots on your skin, the easiest way is to conceal it- but that’s not my recommendation since you’re just covering it instead of finding a solution. Try going to your dermatologist and ask them about it.

Hygiene is also very important. You always want to smell good and look presentable all the time. Try using Dove soap and deodorant to keep you fresh all day long. Maintain beautiful skin and it’ll pay off in the future. We might not notice any changes now, but my mom would always tell me to start taking good care of my skin as early as possible so that when you’re older, you’ll still have beautiful skin.

I suggest you buy skincare products that suits your skin the most. And.. good new! #WatsonsGreatWhiteSale is happening now until February 24! Get up to 50% on your favorite whitening brands in all Watsons stores nationwide. You also get a chance to win P1,000,000 shopping points when you use your SMAC card for a minimum purchase of P500. This is such a great deal, right? See you there!

My mom would always tell me to put whitening cream on my dark areas/uneven skin tones. Or use a specific cream specifically for uneven skin tones!

Hi. I like your outfit. Your blog is very informative and i learned from this post. i put MOISTURIZER a few times but not every day. The rest of the steps are my daily regimen but i don’t visit a dermatologist to have my skin checked. haha
