When models, artists and influencers have events, commercials, print shoots, etc., they need a glam team for the campaign/project to be perfect and that requires getting a photographer, a hair stylist and a makeup artist. People usually don’t see the people behind the cameras but they all work extremely hard to make their talents look beautiful. Without these amazing and talented people, our billboards on EDSA, features in magazines/newspapers won’t be the same. Makeup is very crucial in achieving a certain look, and I’m so happy I’ve worked with a lot of makeup artists who hide my flaws and enhances my features. I can’t thank them enough for making me feel pretty every time I have a shoot or an event- and thanks to SM Beauty Ball, everyone was able to celebrate and thank all makeup artists out there.

The event was held at the Rizal Ballroom at Makati Shangri-la Hotel and it was filled with gorgeous people celebrating makeup artisty and everyone who’s part of this industry. Big celebrities like Anne Curtis, Jodi Sta. Maria, Andi Eigenmann, Cheska Kramer, Denise Laurel and a lot more honour their favourite makeup artists.

SM Beauty paid tribute to some of our country’s original makeover masters like the James Cooper, Jesi Mendez and Fanny Serrano. They’re all the pioneers of the beauty industry and have made so many women more beautiful and confident.

SM Beauty also announced the Makeover Masters: Christine Duque, Denise Ochoa, Jake Galvez, Mickey See, Robbie Piñera and Jigs Mayuga. They even showed a very touching video together with their muses and everybody loved it. Check out their photos below:
