One of the highlights of my MFW was this shoot for Salvatore Ferragamo with my sister. We’re both wearing Ferragamo from head to toe and I’m obsessed with the whole theme of the shoot—it was a whole print party! Ferragamo is actually one of my favorite brands and I was pretty excited that this shoot got to happen.
Now, let’s talk more about my look here. The matching suit was actually my choice and I’m obsessed with the detailed print pattern and lively colors. Everything about my outfit—from the bag to the sunnies—complements and even boosts the whole look.
Here’s a closer look of the details:
It’s always a fun time shooting with my sister. We have such distinct styles, but we love to mix it up every now and then. Also, I love how these looks feel so casual and chic but actually give off a serious business don’t-mess-with-us-vibe. Lol!
Fun fact: I got this outfit in one size bigger than my usual size since I’m really into oversized pieces and I’m more comfortable wearing pants than dresses. Meanwhile, Liz got her outfit in the men’s section! You might be surprised with the unique things you find in unexpected places. Don’t be afraid to go out of your comfort zone, experiment, and try out new things.
One of my favorite street style moves is wearing colored socks with strappy heels for a bolder (and surprisingly comfier) ensemble! I love that this striking get-up elevates the whole look too.
Shoutout to the talented Patrick Guzman for shooting these amazing photos and to SSI for making this shoot possible. Stay tuned for more posts about my Milan Fashion Week ‘19 experience. 🙂 You guys can head over to my Instagram and check out my highlights from the week or watch my vlog for more. x
