DTLA

I’m actually a bit jealous that LA’s natural light is incredibly beautiful. Everywhere you go and anywhere you shoot, the light is always just perfect. You also get to see and explore a lot of cool streets, graffiti walls, and brunch places (yes, I love brunch food lol). Anyway, here are more photos from my shoot with Adrian Martin. Hope you guys like this lookbook! x

Feeling Fruity

Can you believe I got this midi dress forΒ Β£10 or even less? Everyone still want to look cute on a casual day even if there’s really no occasion, right? I wore this during one hot summer day in LA and shot with the talented Adrian Martin. Just to give you a background, I met Adrian in Manila a long time ago (maybe 5-6 years back when I had just started blogging) and he’s now based in LA working as a creative director for @mensfashion. He’s unbelievably talented and honestly, nakaka-proud to see Filipinos all over the world showcasing their creativity …

Venice Beach

Always a good place to go to for some sun and fun. Venice beach is also nearby Abbot Kinney, which is my new favorite place to hangout in LA. Random story but I always watch Jimmy Kimmel’s segments wherein they stop people around Venice Beach and interview them regarding a certain topic and I laugh so hard every time. I went here during my last visit during sunset to admire the place and the busyness that happens everyday here. Beautiful.

LA Lookbook

There’s something so charming about LA that makes me wanna live there. Okay, maybe not live there but try staying there for a few months. The chill vibe, the tall palm trees, the food (especially the food), and the shops– everything about LA is just so beautiful. I used to go there every summer with my family when I was little but when everyone started “adulting”, we just couldn’t find the time to have family trips that often. Now I miss going to LA every summer, staying there for three weeks and just spending time with my parents and siblings. Luckily, a few …

Back Again!

Hi guys! Sorry if I’ve been MIA for more than a week. It was my first time attending NYFW and it was just a week full of shows, presentations and meetings for me. It was overwhelming but at the same time very inspiring. I met so many talented individuals, spent time with my closest friends during my free hours, and bonded with my sister every night before sleeping. It was a hectic week that’s why I couldn’t update my blog like how I normally would– but now I’m back! Just wanted to thank you all as well for tagging me on Twitter / …

Copenhagen, Denmark Travel Diary II

If you think the places I last published were awesome, wait till you see this post! Okay, they’re equally amazing– but I really find Nyhavn my favorite spot in all of the city’s tourist destinations (or the one I’ve seen just yet). Given the chance, I would definitely go back here in a heartbeat. I still have so many places on my list I want to see, restaurants / cafes to try, fun bars to go to, and the list goes on. In the meantime, let me share with you this last post dedicated for Copenhagen.

Copenhagen Lookbook

Sharing with you some of my favorite looks during my trip to Copenhagen. We only stayed there for three days and I didn’t have any wardrobe change during the day so don’t expect a lot of OOTDs– expect a lot of nice locations though! The city is extra beautiful and every corner is just instagrammable. Hope you enjoy this short lookbook! Second part of my travel diary coming real soon.

Copenhagen, Denmark Travel Diary I

Copenhagen is definitely one of the coolest and hipster-est (I know, I made that word up) city I’ve ever been to. There are amazing things happening all the time there. During our visit, there was a huge skateboard competition happening and even though the weather was unpredictable, everybody was still very lively and optimistic.Β Β We met so many friendly people who basically told us where to go and now I’m sharing it with you guys. If ever you’re going to Copenhagen in the future, I hope this can be your guide to knowing what you want to see and where you want to go.

Tokyo Lookbook

I’ll never get tired of Tokyo. The food, the extra friendly people, the busy streets, the cool locals designer shops– you can tell I’m deeply in love with this city. I always look forward to discovering new/ hip streets, newly opened (and delicious) cafes/ restaurants and I can’t wait to go back. Not sure if I want to explore other parts of Japan or should I just keep going back here? Any thoughts? Lol.

Siargao Island, Philippines

I was an island girl for five days in Siargao, and when I say island girl, there was no dressing up for OOTDs, no makeup on, barefoot most of the time (I’m not even kidding), and basically just ignoring my phone 90% of the time. There’s something about this island that just makes you want to forget everything and live in the now– and that’s the vacation we all kind of need once in a while. Restart the brain and go back to work fresh and inspired again.
