NYFW Day 7: Strictly Business

I’ve been on cloud nine ever since day 1 of NYFW and now that it’s over I can’t believe everything that happened! During the last day, I really took the time to appreciate and be grateful for the chance to bask in New York City’s timeless charm once again.

I ended my NYFW Day 7 with a bang with a fun film shoot with the Marc Jacobs team, wearing Marc Jacobs from head to toe, of course! I’m obsessed with this oversized blazer and how it turns your whole look undeniably stylish. The best thing about blazers like this one is that you can combine it with casual wear, or power suit up with matching pants for a whole “strictly business” vibe.

I love the how the thick sparkly black belt adds a little party to the whole look! Here’s a closer look on my outfit and more outtakes from the shoot. Thank you @cobeyarner for these lovely shots; I had such an awesome time.

For the rest of the day, I witnessed yet another marvelous show by Marc Jacobs and I wasn’t disappointed! It was a stunning production from start to finish with sensational looks from the collection.

I watched the show with my girls Venice Min, Nellie Lim, Olivia Lazuardy all looking fab and stylish!

Here are some of my favorite looks from the show:

The collection kicked off with a printed variety of oversized coats and ponchos and black and white ensembles, exhibiting a bold and polished start to the show. It was the eveningwear part of the show though that really left me in awe! The models walked the runway in feathered dresses which gave a strong touch of grace and elegance to the whole series.

And that’s about it, guys.  I hope you had a great time reading all about my NYFW experience. It’s been a rollercoaster of only highs so far and I’m thrilled I got to share it all with you!
