I think this is the first time I uploaded a travel video on my YT channel and on my blog about the same thing, on the same day– if this makes any sense. The video is more personal because I was able to capture moments that was really something else. Lol. We had a lot of mishaps during our trip so you can click HERE if you want to watch it. This one is more like a guide for you in the future if you’re planning to go to Miami.
We stayed at The Raleigh Hotel and it’s located at Collins Ave, the area where most of the happenings are in Miami. It’s literally walking distance to all the nice bars and restaurants too. What’s nice about it is the hotel is really beautiful to the point where you just want to stay by the pool all day. Oh, and when you cross the street the beach is already there waiting for you. How awesome, right?Always twinning with my college bestie Katrina Loring. Pool area. We also dropped by Little Havana for a bit. I did mention that we were supposed to go to Cuba for the weekend but ended up in LA right? Back story: We called Delta Air because we booked through them and asked multiple times if we can go without any visa and they said we just need a tourist card at the airport and we’ll be fine. When we got to the airport, they didn’t want to check us in because apparently you need a visa. We called multiple times guys. You could have told us about this in advance so we could process of visas. Oh well, okay na rin tong Little Havana lol. Apparently, the best time to go here is last weekend of the month because parties are crazy here!Wynwood Walls is definitely a must-visit. I didn’t know there were a lot of great graffiti artist in this city. Art walls here are always changing because they get artists to do art walls plenty of times. Okay, enough about walls. We were also able to ride the boat and go around the city, thanks to Nana’s tito and tita that are based there. I highly recommend you guys to just free up one morning and afternoon, rent a boat and just chill. Don’t forget the music and drinks! If bitin kayo sa post na to, just watch my Miami vlog HERE. Hope you guys liked this travel diary. BMS.
