While I was in Singapore for Digital Fashion Week, I’ve been asked many times on Instagram where I was staying because they saw all the wonderful, cozy photos I was posting- so I decided to make a blog post about it because it’s definitely worth sharing. I was lucky enough to be invited by Lloyds Inn to stay at their quaint place. Unlike other hotels where you feel like it’s too big or luxurious, I’m the type to enjoy home-y rooms more just because.. it feels like home. Don’t get me wrong, I love staying at hotels too, but this one just makes me feel more relaxed. Upon entering the lobby, I was greeted by the friendly receptionists who escorted me to my room. I got the “Big Sky Room”, which I heard is always three months in advance so I guess I’m in luck!
The room is a loft type and you can do all your work on the second floor for more privacy. They have a shower room inside the bathroom and a tub outside the room. Don’t worry, it’s high ceiling so no one can peek! Their beds are unbelievable comfortable and I guarantee you, you will get the best sleep ever here. After unpacking and organising all my stuff, I went around Lloyds Inn to check out their pool area and other available rooms. Enjoy the photos!
What I like about their dipping pool area is that it’s very relaxing. I would say it’s meant for you and your friends to chill here and grab a drink or two, enjoy the afternoon and not think of any stress all throughout the day.
The other rooms are The Reading room, The Patio, The Garden, The Business room and more. They’re all equally beautiful and cozy too! All the rooms look so clean and comfortable. The best part for me (and I made most out of this) is that they have incredible areas for outfit shots. Every corner at Lloyds Inn is picture perfect! It’s very convenient to stay in because it’s just 5 minutes away from Orchard road and you get the peace and relaxation you’ve been wanting if you don’t want to go somewhere noisy. Honestly, if we didn’t have Digital Fashion Week, I would’ve just stayed in the poolside most of the time. If ever you plan to visit Singapore, I suggest you stay at Lloyds Inn.
