I’m really lucky to have a friend like Jot Losa. For those of you who do not know who he is- he’s a Manila-based designer. I met him through my brother Vince and since I’m really close with my siblings, I get to hang out with him a lot. I guess I’ve been so busy these past few weeks that I totally forgot to have someone make a dress for me for the Collection launch. Knowing he’s a very talented designer, I called him and asked if he could design a dress for me. His designs are very feminine and dainty, so I didn’t know if he has fabrics suited for my theme, which was aztec. Luckily, he did- and made this wonderful sequinned dress overnight. What a life saver! Not only did he make me a wonderful dress, but it was actually more than what I expected. The colours and style are so me. The diagonal way of stitching it and mixing it with the horizontal prints are amazing. It made me look perfect for my launch together with the other ambassadors on stage.
