I spent Christmas at the happiest place on Earth- Disneyland. I know I’ve been here plenty of times before, but it’s still a different feeling when you’re with your family. The last time I went to an amusement park with them was probably when I was still a teenager, and I can still remember my mom taking care of me and watching over me just to make sure I don’t get lost. Now, it’s time to return the favor- My brother and I were the ones who toured our parents around! I used to think families who have babies and kids are only the ones who will get to enjoy it, but I was so surprised when our night ended so spectacularly. Mom and dad wanted to go there late afternoon so we can catch the fireworks, so we ended up doing rides (safe rides, not the dangerous/thrilling ones) altogether until it was time for the fireworks show. Our day was filled with laughter and love, and I wouldn’t have spent it any other way. Sadly, my sister Liz wasn’t able to go with us because she went to London during that month, but we still celebrated Christmas together via Skype! Christmas is always supposed to be spent with your loved ones- that’s why I make sure I always spend it with my family. I know this is such a late post, but I hope you enjoyed this travel diary! BMS.

The best of all gifts around any christmas tree…is the presence of a Happy Family all wrapped up in each other”- this quotation by Burton Hills is perfect to describe this blog. You’re very lucky Ate Laureen for having a happy family. You deserve it po :)
