It’s my second year being a special guest assembler for Make Your Own Havaianas(MYOH) this 2015 and I had so much fun. I also got to meet a lot of my readers and got to help them design their own pairs (color combinations + pins)! The theme was aloha and I saw a lot of people (including me) in hawaiian/ floral pieces. Yes, we all wanna be in theme! I was there around 11am yesterday and it was already filled with so many people! First agenda when I arrived was to make my own pair of Havaianas and I had such a hard time choosing the perfect pair for me because I wanted so many combinations! I ended up choosing the floral slim sole with shocking pink straps. The wheel of Havaianas (as I call it lol) helped me a lot because you can see the mix of colors better. Here are some photos from the event.
The event is even more special this year because it’s the 10th year anniversary of MYOH and it’s open to the public starting today until May 10! It will be at the Glorietta Activity Center and select all flip-flops and MYOH pop-ups nationwide. Special thanks to Gabby Olivia and Angel Yeo for being with me all throughout my experience. It’s so fun to be a part of #MYOH2015!
