Henann Resort is beginning to be one of my favourites places to stay every time I’m in Bohol or Boracay. I stayed at their resort in Bohol last year and loved my entire experience. Their grilled food is amazing and Nicole can’t stop talking about their Spanish bread (to the point na nag take out siya hahaha!). This year, we went to Boracay and stayed at Boracay Regency in station 2 (I know they’re changing the name to Henann Regency soon). If you like peace and quiet, you can opt to stay somewhere in station 1, but if you’re the party type and would love to be surrounded with a lot of restaurants, friendly people and good music- then station 2 is perfect for you.
Their rooms are big and cozy and there’s free wifi too!
They have two giant pools, one near the beach front and the other in the middle of the resort.
I’m not exaggerating if I say their shakes are incredibly delicious and refreshing. I probably ordered their mango shake every single day. Lol.
After a fun afternoon, we had a private dinner at Henann’s presidential suite. The set up was at the balcony and we had poy lessons and a private DJ while waiting for the food to be served. The works talaga! It was such a fun night that we ended up staying at the presidential suite and bonded all night. It was so nice being with my blogger besties again!
On Sunday night, Nicole and I went to Kai Spa to get a massage and was surprised how beautiful it is inside the spa. They have a sauna, a jacuzzi and even a waiting area that’s incredibly relaxing! We both got our hot ginger tea before our massage.
I love massages and always get one weekly in Manila, but this one is just different. I felt totally relaxed and it’s probably the best massage I’ve had in over 2 years (I’m not kidding). The moment my therapist started, I felt my body unwind and then I fell asleep! Hahaha. They’re a bit pricey but totally worth it!!! They’re mostly full booked so better to schedule in advance.
We went boating the next day and did parasailing. It was my first time trying it with Nicole. I was so scared at first but it was such an amazing experience. Super romantic pa if you do it during sunset!
If you dine at Christina’s, make sure to order their fried chicken, prawns and mango-banana shake. I ate here everyday during my stay!
They also have dinner by the beach every night with a live band performing for everyone to fully enjoy their meals.
Thank you to Air Asia for bringing us back to Manila safely. By the way, their chocolate cake is to die for!
I’m so happy I finally got to stay at Henann Boracay. Thank you so much Karl Chuseuy and Heidi Manabat for the incredible experience. No wonder everybody wants to stay at Henann- the service is awesome, food is great, the massage at Kai Spa is incredible and most importantly, you really feel like you’re on vacation. I can’t wait to go back!!! BMS.
