I’ve been blessed to have multiple shoots last month. Thank you Lord for already granting one of my 2014 wishes! I wore this ensemble for my Philippine Star “Y Style” section for their “Girls Gone Ystyle” editorial. The theme was black and white (my favourite so I really didn’t have a hard time) and I came up with this look with a checked blazer that I forgot to wear here hahaha. We weren’t required to pose with the bag so I wore this pink Longchamp bag from Ginger’s Closet that I think made the look more interesting. I like wearing B&W pieces and pairing it with one colourful accent piece to make it a bit vibrant. I love this bag because it’s so light and spacious inside. It’s also foldable so it’s perfect for traveling- fold/ pack it and if you’re overweight or all your things can’t fit inside your luggage after a shopping spree (this happens to me all the time hahaha), it’s very useful. This is actually my third Longchamp bag that I got from Ginger’s Closet because they sell it for a really affordable price. I clearly remember wearing this skirt on my Paris trip last 2013 with a B&W ensemble as well! I think my love for uncoloured pieces started there. A pop of colour can always make your look livelier. BMS.
