Denim jeans are still the best option if you want to have a piece of clothing in your closet that you can wear all throughout the year. From skinny jeans to boyfriend jeans to wide leg jeans, everyone just wants to own one because it can last for a very, very long time and it doesn’t go out of trend. I’m also happy that the norm core trend is back because I love wearing just a tank top or a loose shirt paired with a relaxed pair of tapered jeans, like this look. A tight white top can work well with Levi’s new 501 CT (customized and tapered) jeans because it shows your upper curves while giving you a slight boyish bottom finish. Levi’s jeans have become a style staple and it’s no wonder why they keep coming up with new styles that have a classic and modern twist to it. Since I’m petite, flared jeans are usually worn with heels so I can look taller, and skinny jeans make me move less because of its tightness. Don’t get me wrong, there are really comfortable skinny jeans, but I just prefer wearing relaxed cuts more. My usual everyday get up consists of a loose gray tee and a relaxed pair of jeans, then I just change my hat and shoes so I won’t look the same all the time. It’s my go-to look all the time. This one is my new favourite because of its cut and length. Don’t worry, you won’t look too boyish with this kind of jeans- as long as you wear it with something feminine, you’re good to go!
Levi’s released three kinds of jeans on their new collection: Down-sized, for a slim and modern fit, True-to-size, for a classic and regular fit, and Up-size, for a more relaxed fit. I like how you can wear it for casual lazy days and transition to a night out with friends just by changing from flats to heels, from a shirt to a shiny top, etc. Try it yourself!
